RaastaPay is an AI advisory service for truck owners in India. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what the service needs in order to give you useful advice:

Your phone number — when you message us on WhatsApp. This is how we know a trip belongs to you.
The messages you send us — the freight offers you forward, and any corrections you reply with.
Your trip details — route, distance, quoted price, diesel, tolls, bhatta, hamali, and the profit figures we calculate from them.
What you tell us about yourself — your usual lane and usual rate, if you choose to share them.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or anything else on your phone.

Why we collect it

To calculate whether a trip is worth taking.
To compare a new offer against what you have earned before — advice without your history is just an opinion.
To improve the service.

Automated advice

The verdicts you receive are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) using the numbers you gave us. Your trip details are sent to that model in order to produce the advice. The advice is informational only — the decision is always yours.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with brokers, shippers, lenders or advertisers.

The only third parties who process your data are the services that make the product work — a messaging provider (WhatsApp / Meta), an AI provider (Anthropic), and our hosting provider. They process it on our instructions and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use the service, so that your advice keeps getting better. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your rights

Email support@raastapay.in and we will, without argument:

send you a copy of everything we hold about you,
correct anything that is wrong,
delete all of it, permanently.

You can also simply stop messaging us, and nothing further will be collected.

Children

RaastaPay is for people running a business. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top.
