By using RaastaPay you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
RaastaPay is an advisory tool. You send us the details of a freight offer; we calculate the economics and give you an opinion on whether it is worth taking.
We are not a broker, a transporter, a lender, a bank, or a payment service. We do not carry goods, we do not arrange loads, we do not hold money, and we do not lend it.
Any contract you enter into with a shipper, broker or driver is entirely between you and them. We are not a party to it.
The verdicts are produced by an AI model from the numbers you give us. They are informational only. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice.
Two consequences follow, and both matter:
Every business decision you make is yours. Use your own judgement, and do not take a load — or refuse one — solely because a piece of software told you to.
RaastaPay is under active development. It may change, break, or be unavailable without notice. Features shown in the demo may not exist yet.
Your phone number identifies you. Keep it secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Don't use RaastaPay to break the law, to defraud anyone, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaastaPay is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service — including any decision you make on the basis of advice it gave you.
The service is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You can stop using RaastaPay at any time. Email support@raastapay.in and we will delete your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
